Adam Abushagur, of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas Office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market. Mr. Abushagur’s daily mission is to energetically support clients by engineering innovative advisory solutions designed to bridge their objectives of today with their goals of the future. Abushagur began his career at Marcus & Millichap through its SIP Program, which is offered to less than 5% of new agents. Since 2016, Abushagur has listed and sold an excess of $100MM of commercial property, made multiple appearances as the Top Listing and Selling Agent within the Dallas Office and was recognized as the Dallas Offices’ Rookie of the Year.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Abushagur was a regional manager for a Dallas-based consulting firm responsible for business-to-business sales and marketing campaigns. He advanced within the company to a management position within nine months. To date, his record for the highest number of net sales generated in one week has remained unbeaten. He was also recognized as the company’s top sales agent nationwide, two consecutive years in a row.

Mr. Abushagur attended New Mexico State University and graduated with his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing. Aside from his zest for real estate, he finds great joy in traveling the world. To date, he has traveled to a total of 15 countries spanning the Phi Phi Islands of Thailand to the Berlin Wall of Germany.
