Jeb Cox serves as Senior Managing Director for Mill Creek Residential Trust’s Gulf Coast Division where he manages its development and construction activities in the Houston and Austin markets.

Prior to Mill Creek, Jeb was a Managing Director with Trammell Crow Residential in Houston. During his tenure there, the company developed over 6,500 units in the Houston area. Prior to that, Jeb served as Director of Multifamily Acquisitions for the Creekstone Companies and was a brokerage associate for CBRE. Prior to starting his real estate career, Jeb spent time working in government and overseas in the travel industry.

Jeb holds a bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute.
