Cliff Booth, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, is responsible for
identifying prospective acquisitions, supervising corporate and marketing functions, raising capital and
directing company strategies.

A native of Montreal, Canada, Mr. Booth obtained a B.A. Honors in Political Science from McGill
University in Montreal and a M.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics. Mr. Booth
moved to Dallas in 1979 and has been active in the commercial real estate business in the United States
since 1979.

Mr. Booth has been an innovator in the real estate industry for many years and is recognized as a
leading-edge investor. Among his many notable achievements, he was one of the first commercial real
estate professionals to assemble a significant portfolio of light industrial properties in the United States.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he led a group that assembled close to 10 million square feet of
properties across the U.S. Since 2011, Cliff Booth has led Westmount in the acquisition of 3,850
multifamily units totaling 3.16 million square feet, and additional industrial portfolio assets of
10,858,100 square feet.

Mr. Booth has been involved with many civic and charitable organizations including the Greater Dallas
Chamber, Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture, Vogel Alcove, Dallas Citizens Council, the
Sammons Center for the Arts and The Real Estate Roundtable. Currently he is a member of Dallas
Assembly, Urban Land Institute as a Governor and Council Member and member of the National
Multifamily Housing Council.
