Mr. Schneider has originated, and closed over 2 Billion Dollars of Multifamily and Healthcare Facility Construction and Permanent loans using HUD/FHA Multifamily, Senior & Healthcare programs; including FHA: 221(d)(4), 223(f), Super F, 231, 232, 232/223(f), 202/223(f), 223(a)(7) and 213(i) co-op programs. In addition to Mr. Schneider’s experience at Centennial, he spent 5 years at Prudential Huntoon Paige/ Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Prior to his 15 years as an FHA loan officer, he was an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Schneider has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and an Undergraduate Degree from Seattle University. Mr. Schneider, his wife and four children reside in Seattle’s Capitol Hill.
