Anthony Tarter is a Principal with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, he is responsible for direct loan originations through the company’s various debt and equity programs, including Fannie Mae; Freddie Mac; FHA; the life company portfolio; and the company’s proprietary balance sheet/bridge programs. Anthony is located in Dallas.

Anthony has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate finance industry, with considerable experience in multifamily lending and properties. Prior to joining the company in 2016, Anthony was a vice president of loan production at Arbor Commercial Mortgage for seven years. In that role, he focused on providing direct funding for multifamily and commercial properties and specialized in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Portfolio and CMBS. He originated and closed more than 200 transactions totaling $1.5 billion-plus. Before Arbor Commercial, he served as a vice president of multifamily loan production at PNC Financial Services Group’s Real Estate group. There, he originated loans for multiple property types, specializing in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with concentration in accounting and finance, from Abilene Christian University. Anthony has been a speaker on several industry panels.
