As President of Kettler Management, David Ohlrich oversees the operations of more than 30,000 apartment homes in more than 100 apartment communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Texas. David joined Kettler in 2017 as the Senior Vice President of Property Management Operations.

Prior to joining Kettler, Mr. Ohlrich spent 10 years at Federal Capital Partners (FCP). As Senior Vice President of Asset and Construction Management, he was tasked with creating and building the asset and construction management business lines and was responsible for operational oversight of all assets in the FCP portfolio, including asset strategy and business plan development, construction management, third party fee-managed relationships and oversight of the company’s asset management role in debt and development investments.

Prior to FCP, Mr. Ohlrich worked at Equity Residential Properties Trust (EQR) as a Vice President of Asset Management with responsibility for developing and implementing the ownership goals for the property management teams and oversight of the regional construction management staff, as well as management of the due diligence process for acquisitions, design development and financial analysis for major renovation plans, and oversight of owner’s interests in development deals.

Mr. Ohlrich also worked for The National Housing Partnership as an Asset Manager and NVR as a Manager of Land Acquisitions, and held positions at E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Boston, MA, and Architectural Interiors/Architectural Program Management (AI/APM) in Washington, DC.

He has over 21 years of experience in Asset and Construction Management, with responsibility for multiple investment types, including multifamily, commercial, parking, retail and land.

Mr. Ohlrich received his MBA, BS in Architecture and BS in Engineering from The University of Michigan.
