Michael Phillips is a Principal at Lubert-Adler, responsible for acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Phillips was a Partner at Boos Development Group, where he managed the Mid-South office and worked on acquisitions and development. Mr. Phillips has also worked in J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Phillips graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow.
