Dan Copeland joined Mill Creek in 2015 as the Vice President of Property Management – Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Mr.Copeland currently oversees the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic operations, managing the team and communities in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Washington DC. Throughout his career, Mr. Copeland has operated multiple types of new developments including garden, high-rise, historical redevelopments, and loft renovations in markets spanning from Las Vegas to New York.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Copeland worked with Monogram Residential Trust, formerly Behringer Harvard Residential, to build the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic divisions. Prior to his service with Monogram Residential Trust, Mr. Copeland was a Regional Manager with Riverstone Residential Group and JPI. Mr. Copeland specialized in pre-development and leaseup deliveries of more than thirty-five communities during his tenure.

Mr. Copeland graduated from the University of Cincinnati and has worked in the multifamily industry since 1999.
