Kel Frazier

As Vice President of Multifamily Investments, Mr. Frazier oversees Berkshire’s direct multifamily investment activity in New York, Washington D.C., Florida, Chicago and Minneapolis and all structured credit and equity transactions nationally. At Berkshire, he has participated in over $2.2B of direct investment activity and over $1.1B of MBS activity. He has been with the Company since 2012.

Mr. Frazier has over a decade of experience in the multifamily real estate business. He previously spent several years with a Boston-based private equity firm. Prior to that, he was a Principal for a residential investment firm in Naples, FL.

Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in human ecology from The Ohio State University, a MBA from Boston University and a Master of Science degree in real estate development from MIT.
