Shayn is a Principal at Darrow, which is a Houston based firm focused on private equity placement for acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate. At Darrow, Shayn is responsible for acquisitions / dispositions, new development, investment management and business development.

In years prior, Shayn was at Deloitte in the Financial Advisory Services practice, advising clients on commercial real estate and business transactions. Prior to Deloitte Shayn was with the Investments Division of Guardian Life, New York City.

Shayn earned a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University, and holds a bachelor degree in Business and Psychology from Florida State University. Shayn is an active member in the Houston CCIM chapter.
