Drew is a partner and owner in Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) which is a closely held real estate developer, investor, contractor and manager of residential and commercial property. He oversees development investments including land acquisitions, debt and equity relationships and is involved in forward planning of large scale projects. Drew joined SRGNC in 1999.

Drew is a frequent speaker at industry events and an advocate for in-fill entitlements and development. Drew has been Stanford’s coach for the annual Golden Shovel challenge since 2016. He is very involved in ULI as a board member of ULI Bay Area and former co-chair of ULI Silicon Valley as well as a National Product Council Member. Drew holds a BSE from Princeton University and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Stanford. Previous to Sares Regis, he worked for DPR Construction, Inc.; a large general contractor known for its use of technology and innovation.

Drew married his wife Brette in 2002. They are both New Jersey natives though they met in California and have two young active daughters born in 2005 & 2006. Drew’s hobbies include cycling, surfing, swimming, snow skiing and various motor sports. If he’s not buying real estate, he’s probably flipping cars.
