As Vice President, COO of DKD Property Management Company, Loretta Myers manages the day-to-day operations of the Property Management Department and, jointly with the Vice President, CFO, is responsible for the successful operation of DKD Property Management Company and each Apartment Community in Company’s portfolio.

Ms. Myers joined DKD as an on-site Property Manager in 1984, with a background in computer operations for a prominent national firm. She was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 1986, to Director of Property Management in January, 2011 and to Vice President, COO in November, 2013. Ms. Myers holds a California Real Estate license and the designations of NAHP-E, HCCP and NCP-E
