Lee McNeer is a Principal with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, he is responsible for multifamily loan origination activities in the Southeast region, specializing in permanent debt funded through FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and proprietary debt products. He also provides balance sheet, conduit and the Prudential’s life company portfolio products. Lee is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Lee has considerable experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Since joining the company in 2013, has successfully originated and closed more than $500 million in debt financing.

Previously, he was a director at Red Mortgage Capital LLC, where he served from 2004 to 2013 and was involved in the origination and closing of $1 billion in debt financing transactions. In that capacity, he provided permanent debt and equity capital solutions to owners and operators of multifamily communities in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions. Before Red Mortgage, he worked as a senior associate in the Personal Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Lee received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, magna cum laude and with departmental honors, from the University of Kentucky. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. Lee is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.
