Jenifer Mills knows that smart design creates vibrant and valuable spaces. Her proof is a career with an extensive collection of more than 200 commercial housing communities with interiors that attract residents and function without flaw. Jenifer has spent 20 years working with developers, property owners, management companies and contractors expertly creating the overall look and feel for each of their multi-family properties whether the are market rate, tax-credit, student, or affordable housing. From the inception of an interior scheme to exterior selections, finishes, furniture, and equipment, Jenifer plans and executes the design details of a project until it is built, installed and opened.

Jenifer holds a degree from the University of Georgia with a concentration in interior design. Before working with HFC Interiors, she was Vice President of Design Development at Shelton Taylor & Associate’s. Prior to that, she was Director of Design for nine years at Commercial Interiors Consulting Group (CICG). Jenifer is known for her creative spirit and adherence to the design process. She makes a personal commitment to exceed every client’s expectations.
