Norman J. Radow ’81 is the founder and CEO of The RADCO Companies. He launched RADCO in 1994, when he redeveloped a 53-story Atlanta hotel, office, and condominium tower in distress. The site became the Four Seasons Hotel. In 2006, Norman foresaw the real estate bubble and steered his company into the workout and turnaround business. In 2009, The New York Times recognized Norman as the nation’s leading workout specialist. RADCO reentered the development business in 2011 and currently owns approximately 18,500 apartments in 10 states, with a combined asset value in excess of $2 billion. Norman remains a coveted speaker at real estate conferences and has been featured on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg News, and other outlets routinely seek out his real estate expertise.
