Raj M. Ravi is the regional manager for Marcus & Millichap’s North Carolina, South Carolina and Southern Virginia offices. As an agent, Mr. Ravi was personally responsible for transactions throughout the Tampa Bay, FL market. The transactions ranged anywhere from industrial and office investment sales, to site selection and land sales, to leasing for local, regional and national commercial real estate investors and tenants including a wide array of sectors from banks to physician groups to national developers.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mr. Ravi is part of a global commercial real estate network with members across North America and more than 30 countries. This professional network has enabled CCIM members to close thousands of transactions annually, representing more than $200 billion in value. Prior to his start in commercial real estate in 2004, he had several years of worldwide business experience, having worked for IBM Global Services, Micromuse (now an IBM affiliate), and as a reseller for Visionary Medical Systems. Mr. Ravi’s time with these highly reputable companies enabled him to gain vast experience while working throughout London, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas and the Tampa Bay region.

Mr. Ravi has been involved with the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors board of directors, was a chairman for the James P. Gills YMCA advisory board, and was a vice chair of the Pasco Economic Development Council and the Pasco Education Foundation’s Take Stock in Children mentoring program. He graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in decision and information sciences from the Warrington College of Business.
