Tony Whitaker is co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Houston-based FSI Construction. Tony has served in this capacity since May 1999 and has held strategic roles within the multifamily industry while overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. He is currently serves on the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) board as an advisory member, Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation board and the HAA PAC Steering Committee. Tony is the proud recipient of the HAA President’s Award and HAA Supplier of The Year Award. Tony’s professional background includes extensive experience in all facets of multi-family CapEx, due diligence, reposition and disaster recovery. His firm has completed well over 300 projects for several national, regional and boutique clients in Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Missouri and Arizona. FSI has regional operations in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Las Vegas NV & Scottsdale AZ. Mr. Whitaker is a 1989 honors graduate of Texas Southern University’s Jones School of Business.
