Multifamily Development in the Lone Star State

While the state of Texas continues to see a strong economy bolstered by tremendous job growth, the industry cannot help but worry about the supply pipeline. Hear from those in the trenches about the opportunities–and challenges–they are seeing in the marketplace, what they anticipate rents and occupancies to look like in the near term, and how they are mitigating risk and maximizing returns.
