Ben Margoles is Executive Vice President at Washington Holdings and also serves as Managing Director of the firm’s growing multifamily platform, which consists of an operating portfolio of 500 apartments across the Seattle MSA, plus 270 units under construction and an additional 600+ units in development. Washington Holdings primarily focuses its multifamily efforts on midrise apartments in walkable urban village locations. The firm also has an array of office, R&D and hospitality investments on the West Coast.

Prior to joining Washington Holdings in 2004, Ben worked in technology for multiple internet startups, and following an acquisition, he spent two years at Amazon.com from 1999-2001. Ben has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Locally, he has served on the board of directors for Wellspring Family Services and the Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF).
