Lisa Cappelletti, ReadyCap’s VP of Commercial Real Estate Lending, is a seasoned finance executive, with over 30years of experience in commercial real estate lending. ReadyCap Commercial is one of the onlynon-bank, direct small-balance commercial real estate lenders providing permanent, mini-perm and bridgefinancing nationwide. Lisa was part of the original founding RCC team and was instrumental inproduct development and the successful launch of the firm.During her tenure at ReadyCap she has built a strong portfolio of commercial real estate assets and is the company’s top originator.

Prior to ReadyCap, Lisa spent 15 years at Imperial Capital Bank, and was the top producer in its 36 year history. Her experience also includes a post at the FDICDivision of Resolutions and Receivership. She is well known for her expertise in loan structuring and credit analysis, along with building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.
