As principal of CRG, Jay guides the company’s multi-family developments across the U.S. He has an established background identifying and delivering real estate development and redevelopment opportunities. He also has extensive experience in historical renovations and conversions to multi-family. Jay creates robust financial structures utilizing federal, state and local incentives and works closely with financial institutions to maximize returns to the company and investors. Prior to CRG, Jay was president and founder of Orchard Development Group, Executive Vice President of AMLI Chicago, and a Partner at the law firm of Rosenthal and Schanfield. Jay has a BA from Texas Christian University, and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed attorney and real estate broker.
