Douglas J. Lubelchek is chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He represents clients involved in complex real estate and finance transactions, including developers, real estate investment trusts, banks, insurance companies, and management and leasing companies in connection with transactions involving multi-family apartment projects, office properties, shopping centers, industrial sites, hotels, military bases and other government facilities. He regularly handles complex joint venture transactions and represents clients in various portfolio transactions and transactions involving sales, purchases, financing, loan assumptions, new construction, sale-leasebacks, residential development and like-kind exchanges.
