Chad Collins joined the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in September 2016. As a Director with MMCC, Mr. Collins is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types. He has relationships with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.

Mr. Collins has more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience. He specializes in multifamily and retail properties. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Collins served as a Vice President with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group. Throughout his commercial real estate career, Mr. Collins has participated in the origination of nearly $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and self-storage. Before entering commercial real estate, he began his career as an analyst with a global accounting firm focusing on business valuation.
