For the past 20 years, Mr. Conklin has held various leadership positions in the California State Legislature and helped negotiate and finalize the 2010-11 CA state budget. Mr. Conklin has managed and consulted on several successful state-wide initiatives and legislative campaigns that have spanned across the state since 2001. Mr. Conklin is a registered CA lobbyist and advises on state government affairs for several Fortune 500 Companies.

He specializes in commercial and multi-family construction in CA. Since 2005, Mr. Conklin has taught administrative law and has lectured on the legislative and budget process, as well as various public policy issues.
