Diane’s responsibilities range from overseeing the daily operations of multifamily properties, to managing property renovations or capital improvement projects, and leading due diligence teams on properties.

Diane has over 30 years of experience having worked for various groups such as the Hudson Group, the Finger Companies and Greystar. In 1995, Diane joined Greystone Asset Management, and stayed with the organization until it was acquired in 2013 by Asset Plus Companies and is Sr. Vice President of Operations.

Diane has is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Since 2011, Diane has served on the Board of Directors for the HAA and is currently Vice President at Large. She also serves as BOD for TAA and is a NAA Delegate.
