Mr. de Alejo directs operations for the company, also leading key acquisitions, turnaround, and business development projects. He has executed transactions with over 20,000 units, including ground-up residential building construction, master-planned land development, repurposing of obsolescent buildings into residential communities, and complex, downtown core, multifamily redevelopment. He holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida. He is a licensed General Contractor, real estate broker, and CPM.
