Norman Radow

Norman Radow
Chief Executive Officer
The Radco Companies

Norman’s vision in establishing RADCO in 1994 was borne out of a life-long passion to combine his love of real estate and people. “I wanted to build a special company that would not only promote its own growth and create a unique, supportive work environment, but also make neighborhoods and people’s lives better,” says Radow. “We care about our people, our residents, our lenders and especially our investors.”

Norman’s first project was a redevelopment of a 53-story Atlanta hotel, office and condominium tower in distress, which later became the Four Seasons Hotel. It was this project that solidified his and RADCO’s sterling reputation. Twenty years and dozens of successful projects later, RADCO remains a resilient, high-performing and adaptable real estate developer.

Previously, Norman was a real estate litigation, workout and transactional lawyer involved in some of the most complex workouts and successor developer issues in the country. He also served as the long-term Chairman of the Kennesaw State University Foundation Board of Trustees at the now 32,000-student university in metropolitan Atlanta. During his tenure, the campus doubled in size with the addition of $500 million in new buildings that he helped plan, finance and develop.

Norman served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory Law School, and has guest-lectured at several law schools and law firms. He also serves on the board and real estate committee of New York Law School. Norman is a dynamic member and coveted speaker at industry conferences. He’s been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and as an expert in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg and other prominent news outlets.

Awarded a Juris Doctor by New York Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Plattsburgh, Norman is licensed to practice law in both New York and Georgia.
