For over 34 years, Jay Tallman has been active in the finance, development, and construction management of luxury condominiums, homes and golf course communities. He started his career in Colorado where he was involved in land development, multifamily housing, commercial development and construction. In the late 80’s, Jay relocated to Florida to serve as a project manager with Tampa Palms, a large scale planned community in northeast Tampa.

Tallman partnered with Thomas Brown of U.S. Assets Group in the late 90s; as managing partner, Jay oversaw the development of luxury beach and city condominium communities including Orchid Beach Club, En Provence and Beau Ciel – with a sellout value of over $225 million. Jay was also a managing partner in The Founders Club, a 700-acre, 262-home site golf club community featuring an 18-hole, Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course. Most recently, Tallman created Aria Longboat Key, 16 contemporary residences on five beachfront acres with an average price of $4MM each. In 2016 he completed the 9- custom home enclave of Highline Ridge in Denver, Colorado as well CitySide, a 228 unit rental community in downtown Sarasota. Today, Jay is managing partner in Virage, a 24-story, 71 unit tower on Tampa’s Bayshore Blvd. At Virage, Tallman oversees all aspects of design, construction, and sales; achieving in excess of $80MM in sales during it’s initial eight month launch.
