Mr. Cason is the founder of CrestMarc and is responsible for the corporate vision, strategy and overall guidance of CrestMarc. Mr. Cason has been instrumental in fostering key relationships and opportunities that have resulted in CrestMarc’s development into a vertically integrated company providing a comprehensive spectrum of commercial real estate services in Texas and Oklahoma. A 30-year veteran of the multi-family housing business, he has spearheaded the acquisitions of over 25,000 multi-family housing units valued in excess of $1.1 billion. Over his career, he has held senior/partner positions at several nationally known multi-family companies such as JPI, Archon, and First Worthing, where he focused on acquisitions, financing, construction, and management of multi-family properties.

In 2004, he founded a new company, CrestMarc, to continue his dedication to investing and owning multi-family investments. He is well versed in the management, acquisition and development of assets in multiple states. Mr. Cason is a Licensed Texas and Oklahoma Real Estate Broker and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from Austin College.
