Jeff Rosenfeld is Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development officer for Adivo Construction a national Industry leading provider of Renovation and Re-Positioning Services to the multi-family/apartment Sector for over 20 years.

Jeff has significant experience in construction, multifamily renovation and repositioning, construction management, finance and specific expertise in renovation of slightly impaired to highly distressed assets. Jeff and his team’s unique approach to Value-Added Rehab and Renovation maximizes return on investment for asset owners by providing the greatest rent lift per door and contribution to the underlying value of the asset. Adivo executes customized renovation programs to assist asset owners in maximizing their CAPEX dollars and exceeding their overall proforma and ROI expectations.

Jeff is a graduate of Boston University School of Management, degreed in Finance and Economics. He is a current member of SEFAA, BOMA and NAA national chapters and sits as an Executive Board Member for multiple planned and multi-family communities. He also holds a Florida Real Estate license.

Jeff is a native New Yorker and has resided in Dade and Palm Beach County for the last 26 years with his wife and 3 children.
