Jill Herron is the Senior Vice President of Property & Asset Management for Flaherty & Collins Properties. With 30 years of experience, Jill has been involved in every aspect of property management, including lease-ups, stabilization, takeovers and newly developed properties. She oversees Flaherty & Collins Properties more than 100 properties and over 16,000 units nationally. She is a CAPS instructor, an NAA Trainer, and holds a CAM designation. She has extensive experience with a variety of federal housing programs, and is married with two children.
