Jonathan Wintner is a Co-Founder, the CEO and President of Winstar Properties, a Los Angeles based Real Estate Investment and Management Firm. In his capacity, Mr. Wintner spearheads the sourcing, negotiating, decision making of all acquisitions, decision making on disposition of assets and overseeing the entire day to day operations of the Management Company. Under the leadership of Mr. Wintner, Winstar Properties has acquired over 110 properties and 4,000 apartment units totaling over $800,000,000 in asset value since November 2008.

After studying abroad in Israel for a year after High School, Mr. Wintner attended College at Yeshiva University in New York City and Co- founded the “Real Estate Club” and the “Children of Holocaust survivors Club” on Campus. In 2017, Mr. Wintner was named by Real Estate Forum Magazine (Globe Street) as one of the 50 Top Real Estate Professional in the County under the age of 40. Mr. Wintner resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children. He has heavy involvement in many Philanthropic organizations, sits on the Board of Directors of his children’s school, and is the Chairman of the Board of his Synagogue.
