Lee Scott is a Loan Officer with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, Lee is responsible for direct lending relationships across the United States with a focus on sourcing multifamily debt on behalf of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Life Company, and PGIM REF’s proprietary Balance Sheet / Bridge Lending programs. Lee is located in San Diego, California.

Throughout his career, Lee has been in various roles assisting with the origination and underwriting of an array of transaction types, including stabilized, rehabilitation, lease-up, bridge, credit facilities, acquisition and refinancing, with career production volume over $1 billion. Lee opened the PGIM Real Estate Finance San Diego, CA office in 2018 after previously working for the firm in Washington, DC.

Prior to rejoining the PGIM Real Estate Finance in 2018, Lee worked in Morgan Stanley’s Commercial Real Estate Lending Group in Dallas, TX where he was directly involved in the origination and underwriting of over $1 billion in CMBS loan production.

Lee received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business.

Lee holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, San Diego Apartment Association, and the CFA Society San Diego.
