Matt Warner is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager for Manulife. He manages the company’s US open-ended core-plus vehicle. Prior to joining Manulife Matt was Director of Portfolio Management at Colony Capital, where he was responsible for supporting the head of portfolio management and chief financial officer for their core-plus / value-add platform, as well as various other corporate initiatives. Matt previously had also worked at the Debt Exchange as a Vice President in their consulting and valuation division. Prior to his masters Matt gained development, leasing and entitlement experience working for a local developer. He holds a BA in economics from Boston College and a MS in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
