Jonathan W. McCulloch, senior vice president at Belgravia Group, joined the firm in 2004 and currently manages Belgravia’s residential developments from deal sourcing through execution, including each project’s equity raise and debt financing. Jonathan also performs underwriting analysis for new company endeavors. He has led the execution of real estate acquisitions and developments totaling over $500 million. Jonathan received a B.S. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
