Michael Anderson, Managing Director-Acquisitions for Westmount Realty Capital, LLC plays an integral role in identifying and executing on new multifamily acquisition opportunities in the primary markets of Texas and select markets in the southwest US. His efforts have resulted in the purchase of more than 1,250 units since joining Westmount in 2016. His 13 years of experience in the multifamily sector includesparticipating in more than 32,000 units totaling some $2.2 billion in cumulative transaction volume.

Prior to Westmount, Michael spent several years gaining valuable experience with notable commercial real estate firms Vanguard Real Estate Advisors, Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and Institutional Property Advisors.

Anderson graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Science in Land Economics and Real Estate and holds a BBA from Harding University. He is a member of The Real Estate Council and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
