Monica Ramsey is an accomplished Multifamily professional who has gained experience on both sides of the industry both as a Vendor and a Multi-Site Manager. During her 7 years as a Vendor, she held the position of General Sales Manager at ForRent.com managing the central Florida market. Throughout the years she also joined companies like Lincoln Property Company and Cambridge Management Services to spend a combined 21 years on the Management side crafting her skills as a seasoned Multifamily asset. Monica quickly excelled from the start and moved from Property Manager up to a Regional Director quite quickly. She was in charge of many tasks which required a level of dedication, knowledge and ability to accomplish goals to meet and exceed the expectations of the property owners. She now holds a Vice President of Member Relations position with The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando where she is able to utilize all the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her years in the industry.
