Jerry Brand is Senior Managing Director of Development for Greystar Development and Construction services, with responsibility for multifamily development in the West Region including California, the Northwest and Arizona. Jerry has been active in the multifamily industry since 1983, and has sourced, structured and negotiated in excess of $8 billion of apartment transactions during his real estate career. Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Jerry served as Managing Director at Pacific Urban Residential, an apartment developer and investor focusing exclusively on California and the Pacific Northwest. Before that, he was Managing Director of western development and capital markets at Fairfield Residential.

Jerry holds a juris doctorate from John Marshall Law School, as well as a bachelor of science degree from Yale University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
