Michael brings 18 years of direct real estate experience to Monroe Residential Partners. During his career, he has led the acquisition, development, construction, management, and sales of over 1100 residential units, with a value in excess of $350M. He has built and led acquisition, development, construction, and sales teams, and implemented operational platforms that reduced costs, increased efficiencies, and streamlined workflow. He has extensive experience managing the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously. More recently, Michael was Principal and Operating Officer at Hyperion Homes LLC where he was responsible for developing and leading sourcing and acquisitions activities, acquiring over 200 single family homes in 4 markets across the county.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from DePaul University where he was recognized by the Department of Management for Outstanding Achievement in Real Estate Management. He previously held positions on the Executive Committee for the City of Chicago Chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC), as well as its Regional Board of Directors.
