Mr. Saliterman has over 17 years of experience in acquiring, financing, operating and disposing of income producing real estate properties. Mr. Saliterman provides oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and asset management for RSRC. Prior to co-founding RSRC, he spent the previous 6 years working for Equity Residential as an acquisition and disposition officer, during which time he oversaw $1.1 billion in transactions. He worked as an acquisition officer from 2003-2008, honing his skills in underwriting and oversaw the due diligence process. He oversaw the closing of approximately $200M in dispositions during the challenging 2009 environment.

Prior to Equity Residential, Mr. Saliterman worked for 1 year with Tishman Speyer in San Francisco, 2 years for JP Morgan in San Francisco and New York, and 2 years for Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation in Atlanta.
