Responsible for originating, underwriting and managing west coast investments for the firm’s real estate investment funds. Mr. Duncan joined ASB Capital Management in 2008 and has 9 years of investment experience. Mr. Duncan began his career in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing for banks and diversified financial services firms. Mr. Duncan received his BA in Economics with a minor in Urban Studies from Stanford University. He completed his MBA at the Wharton School where he majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management.
