Mr. Singer has over a decade of planning experience in New York City, having work on projects ranging from a 240 block rezoning to a one million square foot retail development. Notable projects in Mr. Singer’s portfolio include the New Yankee Stadium, The Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market and Via Verde. Mr. Singer is currently the Executive Director at the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, where he has undertaken reforms to the environmental review process and is currently working to create and update standards and templates for applications.
