Choni currently serves as Executive Vice president of Operations for both Edgewood and Vantage Management where she is responsible for property operations, client relationships and new business development. With more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry she joined Edgewood-Vantage in 2017 after spending 14 years with Bozzuto Management Company in the role of Senior Vice President. Choni has varied experience having managed a broad spectrum of product types including affordable, luxury, commercial, and mixed-use developments. She also spent time as a consultant to housing authorities in the U.S and Puerto Rico, developing programs to help decentralize property management operations as well as provided management assessments to help improve operational efficiencies.

She is on the Board of Directors for Elizabeth Seton High school, is a member of IREM, AOBA and PMA. Choni earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Boston University and is also a Certified Property Manager.
