Marianne Ganster

Marianne Ganster is a Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate and currently manages the company’s U.S. Asset Management function. She is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assets valued in excess of $8 billion in primary markets throughout the US., including multi-family, retail, and office. Prior to this assignment, Marianne was responsible for new investment activity in the Northeast where she closed approximately $1.5 Billion of multifamily development investments. Prior to joining AIG in 2007, Marianne worked in acquisitions and structured finance at Boston Capital.

Marianne is a member of ULI and NMHC. She received a Bachelor in Science from Boston College and an Masters in Real Estate Development from MIT.
