Matt Griffin, Principal & Managing Partner, Pine Street Group
Matt Griffin is managing partner of Pine Street Group L.L.C. (PSG) in Seattle, a real estate development and management firm for commercial, residential, retail, and mixed- use properties. The main objective of the company is to create a vibrant, urban core in downtown Seattle. The company just completed its most recent development, Via6, a 24-story, 654-unit apartment project at Sixth and Lenora. Via6 opened at the end of February 2013 and is already more than 80 percent leased. Other Pine Street Group development projects include a 42-story office tower for Washington Mutual and a 300,000-square-foot expansion for the Seattle Art Museum (WAMU/SAM Project), as well as development of the three-block project that includes the Nordstrom flagship store, Pacific Place, the former Nordstrom store, and the Seaboard Building.
Gregory Johnson, President, Wright Runstad & Company
Greg Johnson is the President of Wright Runstad & Company. Based in Seattle, Washington, Wright Runstad & Company develops, acquires, manages and leases high-quality commercial office buildings and mixed-use properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. Greg serves as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and sits on its Governance and Operating Committees and is Past Chair of ULI’s Seattle District Council. Greg also serves on the Boards of Forterra, the Downtown Seattle Association and the Bellevue Downtown Association and holds a City of Seattle appointment to its Central Waterfront Committee. Greg is also a member, and Past Chair, of the Advisory Board of the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington.
