Ryan is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Principal of Middle Street Partners, LLC (“MSP”), a real estate investment and development firm, focusing on multifamily acquisitions and development in the Southeastern US. Since inception in 2009, MSP has acquired and/or developed approximately 10,000 apartment units, representing approximately $1.3 Billion of capitalized value. MSP has offices in Charleston and Atlanta. Prior to starting MSP, Ryan served as an Investment Principal with Greystar Real Estate Partners, responsible for the firm’s investment activity in the Southeastern US.
