Robert Bellinger, President & CEO, ASB Real Estate Investments
Responsible for all functions of ASB’s Real Estate Division. Robert has over 29 years of real estate investment experience, and has completed over $10 billion in real estate capital transactions during his career. Prior to joining ASB Capital Management, Robert worked with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments as an Executive Vice President and Principal, heading the Private Client Group; Senior Vice President directing the National Asset Sales group; and Vice President leading the acquisition of equity and debt investments in the Washington, DC region. Prior to joining Lend Lease in 1990, Robert worked as Development Project Manager with Trammell Crow Company. He is the founder and a current board member of Rebuilding Together Philadelphia. He also serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Robert received a BA with honors from Haverford College and an MBA from the Wharton School where he reached the Dean’s Award of Excellence.
Jack Boarman, Partner, BKV Group
Jack Boarman has over forty years of experience in the design of government, higher-education, residential, and mixed use buildings. Since founding the firm in 1978, Jack has led the firm’s team design approach in the development of quality architecture across the country. He has expanded the design practice for planning, programming and design of urban redevelopment projects and historic renovations.
Thomas Bozzuto, Chairman & CEO, Bozzuto Group
During Tom’s more than forty-year career, he has overseen and been responsible for the creation of nearly 50,000 residential units with a conservatively-estimated value of nearly $7 billon. In 1988, Tom established The Bozzuto Group of companies with John Slidell, Rick Mostyn and the late Bernie Lubcher. Today, the companies provide a broad range of real estate services, including development, management, homebuilding, acquisitions and construction. In his role as CEO, Tom directs the development, construction and management of income-producing and for-sale housing in metropolitan areas located throughout the East Coast.

Edward Chaglassian, Senior Vice President, JBG Companies
Mr. Chaglassian has 10 years of real estate private equity experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and third party joint ventures. Prior to joining The JBG Companies in 2008, Mr. Chaglassian had a previous tenure with JBG as a Financial Analyst. He is a member of the National Multihousing Council’s Emerging Leaders and the 2012.2013 Class of ULI Washington’s Regional Land Use Leadership Institute. Mr. Chaglassian’s favorite JBG Cares organization is, A Wider Circle. B.A. Economics Magna Cum Laude & George F. Mr. DeCain is responsible for transaction underwriting, capitalization and execution. Prior to joining The Bainbridge Companies, Mr. DeCain was a Managing Director for Wells Fargo/Eastdil Secured (and a predecessor firm, Wachovia Capital Markets) focused on real estate equity investment and advisory transactions. He was responsible for the execution of over $1.25 billion of bridge equity investment transactions, over $1 billion of commingled JV raises, over $1 billion of joint ventures and recapitalizations.
