Kimberly Radaker, is a managing member of Exponential Property Group I-V, real estate investment companies, JPNS Properties, LLC dba Exponential Property Management, a multifamily property management company, Exponential Property Materials, LLC, a materials import company, Exponential Property Construction, LLC, a construction company specializing in renovations of apartment interiors, and EXPPG, LLC, a real estate brokerage firm. Her leadership helped to complete a transactions where two properties were purchased, rehabbed, leased up and sold to provide a capital gains of 130% and 180%, respectively, to the partnership. She currently leads four properties totaling over 2000 units and is always seeking more. Prior to her involvement in multifamily real estate she was involved with creating and running her family’s single family rental portfolio and house flipping activities. Prior to starting her real estate career Kim was a consultant with over ten years of experience in virtually all areas of qualified retirement plan design and administration. Kim is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a major in finance and concentrations in accounting and economics. She has twin sons, James and Nathan, who are eight years old and give her purpose in her work.
