Matt Enzler

Mr. Enzler has been with Trammell Crow Residential since 2007. In his role as Managing Director in TCR’s North Texas Division, his responsibilities include site selection, land acquisition, design, development, operation, and disposition of Class A multifamily properties. Prior to his current role, Mr. Enzler served as Vice President of Finance at TCR and worked to structure and close debt and equity transactions. Before joining TCR, he was a Vice President with Comerica Bank, where he worked as a commercial real estate lender. Mr. Enzler is a 2008 graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council and is currently involved with TREC’s Community Initiatives Committee. He currently serves as the Board President for the Dallas Texas Exes and is also the former Board Chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals. Mr. Enzler received his BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
