Parker Nicholson is a Development Manager at Legacy Partners Residential. In this role, Parker is responsible for sourcing ground up multifamily development opportunities within the greater Pacific Northwest, with a focus on site selection, feasibility, equity sourcing, entitlements, strategic operational planning, and dispositions. Over the past four years Parker has helped Legacy grow and oversee its 1000 plus multifamily unit development pipeline within the Greater Seattle and Portland markets.

Prior to joining Legacy, Parker began his career in commercial real estate working as an analyst for the Seattle office of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group.

Parker received his bachelor degree from Santa Clara University where he double majored in finance and economics.
